The User Dashboard is only available to Tripcatcher Admin users and Partners. The User Interface is updated and new features added. The new features are outlined below.

Users

Client and Admin users are now called “Users” and all users are displayed on the same page.

The new “Add User” form has a checkbox to select if the user requires Admin access.

User’s Claim History

The user’s published mileage is shown on the Claim History page. The new buttons, on this page, let you switch between the user’s mileage expenses grouped by personal tax-year or individual expense claim.

On the old Partner Dashboard the Personal tax year listing only worked for private vehicles, this now works for company vehicles too.

Export user details to PDF or Excel

Previously the user’s history and VAT details could only be viewed. Now these details can be exported, from the Users tab, to PDF or Excel.

View and update your users Settings

Each user has their own Settings for their Tripcatcher account. You can review and change the user’s settings including their rate card and VAT settings.
